Guard your health to enhance your beauty

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  If you were to behold yourself, would your find yourself to be beautiful?  I personally think Susan Boyle radiates a beauty that any of us would be blessed to possess because she is radiant, gracious, giving, loving, and genuine.  

Yes, however, most of us in this western society are shallow.  We are impacted by the visual definition of beauty in part because of the deluge of  mass media, hollywood, sculptured bodies.  Most of those bodies may lack in health due to operations and scares, poisons injected, inserts that bleed into the joints and organs, frighteningly unhealthy diets and suicidally dangerous starvations.  Is that what you want?

So you must consider if you can create beauty by being invested in your health.  Fat can be carried with glamour and sexiness.  Skinniness can be carried with curvations and high metabolisms.  But the key is to be healthy.  So take a moment to reflect first:  do you love your beautiful, "temple of God" enough to eat the right calories for your bodies needs (not under supplying real nutrients and not over supplying burdensome calories)?  Second, are you in harmony with how to make your body-type and bodily strengths optimally exercises.  Check out my one of my other websites for more ideas about exercise, your spiritual dimensions and love of your body  (, and

Then finally, your sexual appetites, agilities and feelings of attractiveness need to be grown based upon who you are not who that model on television is.  If you are healthy, in body and mind and spirit, your sexuality will likely be present too.  The exceptions I find to this in my private practice are those who have had sex associated with predators, molesters, users and abusers.   These experiences can rob you of your natural sexual urges and please seek help (; or 310-543-1824).  Otherwise, look to being healthy in order to add the beauty that you are your partner will become exhilarated by because you have glow, energy, vigorousness and genuine bodily beauty.
